Too awesome to keep to myself

I tend to come across hilarious youtube videos every so often, and when I like them enough I like to share, because spreading the joy should be part of everyone's mission in life....
Apparently, this video was a wedding invitation. I have NO idea how they actually did it, technically. Strings I assume? Maybe... And I wish they'd tell us at youtube in the info section for the video, but it's not there... Still, too clever. And very very creative.

Enjoy:

That's pretty awesome. They don't need strings to do this, though, as this isn't exactly a film. It's actually a series of photos that are put together in succession to make a video. Basically, they take a picture, step in and move things slightly, then take another, and another, etc. This is most obvious in the last twenty seconds or so of the video, when you see people (random bystanders) appearing and disappearing out of the "video" without really moving.

I can't imagine how long it must have taken them to do the whole thing.

No WAY!!! I know that's how cartoons are done, but I never thought this would be done by some amateurs...
Crazy - and it must have taken FOREVER!
